The Role:

  • New business development calls to sell recruitment services to regional clients
  • Development and management of client accounts
  • Writing and advertising of vacancies
  • Candidate management, including managing advert response, searching for candidates to suit specific vacancies via job boards and networking
  • Interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face where needed
  • Negotiating terms of business with clients
  • Working to targets and KPIs
